Overview
Stockton indicated on its "Building Permits & Inspections" website, accessed on 3/13/2015 via the link, https://www.stocktongov.com/government/departments/permitCenter/buildCode.html, that the City requires all new plan reviews and permit applications to comply with the 2013 California Building Standards Code.
The City also stated that projects are reviewed for compliance with the 2013 Edition of the California Building Code as amended by the City, the 2013 Editions of the California Existing Building Code, California Mechanical Code, California Plumbing Code, California Electrical Code as amended by the City, California Fire Code as amended by the City, California Energy Code, and California Green Building Standards code as amended by the City.

The City did not amend Table R301.2(1) Climatic and Geographic Design Criteria of the 2013 California Residential Code.
